In my search for a smaller
dog I had considered many different breeds. I needed to
find a dog that was capable of standing up to the
rigorous romping and at times wrestling with my Aussies.
The Border Terrier was my final selection. A small dog
with a large dog's attitude to life is an apt
description of the Border Terrier.
Digby is very loving and is my constant companion. He
travels to all Aussie dog shows and loves being with his
Aussie buddies, I think he thinks he's one of them. |

Border Terriers are working
terriers with a keen sense of smell, plus a keen
interest in all living creatures.
As a breed they are not yappy, although some strains are
more excitable and noisier than others, Digby is not a
barker, thank God because I hate a barking dog! |

Digby finished his
championship at a young age of 9 months old, he is a
perfect example of the breed standard.
If interested in a Border Terrier send an e-mail and I
can certainly
give you more information on this wonderfully best kept
secret! |
